We are hiring General Laborers to support our precast/prestressed concrete production lines. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assisting with rebar placement, form setup, concrete finishing, and general production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tie rebar and assemble cages according to shop drawings
- Set up and prepare forms/molds for concrete pours
- Assist with placing and finishing concrete products
- Read and follow basic blueprints and production drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform general labor duties as assigned to support production needs
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Basic ability to read measurements and drawings preferred
- Construction, concrete, or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)

Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 30+ lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and work in a safety-sensitive environment.
