Duties
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising plans to attract customers and increase revenue.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and product placement to optimize store presentation and sales opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, budgeting, and inventory control while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with parts questions
- Help unload and assemble inventory
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail sales or a similar environment. Automotive sales a plus.
- Strong background in retail industry with expertise in retail math, pricing strategies, and merchandising.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management tools, cash handling procedures, and operational management is essential.
- Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills is essential.
- Equipment operation- tractor, forklift
- Some mechanical ability to assist with inventory assembly
