As a Leasing Consultant, you will be a key part of that mission, serving as the first impression for prospective residents while supporting current residents with professionalism and care.

Tour apartment homes and showcase community amenities to prospective residents

Assist with leasing activities, applications, and resident file processing

Prepare move-in documentation and support the move-in process

Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Build positive resident relationships and contribute to resident retention

Support occupancy goals through effective sales and follow-up techniques

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies

At least 1 year of apartment leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience

Strong sales and customer service skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Weekend availability required

Section 42 Tax Credit experience preferred
