Pretty Decent Concepts - known for acclaimed establishments like Cleaverman, Filthy Animal, Wren & Wolf, Chico Malo, Creampuff, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Trophy Room, and Carry On - is seeking Line Cooks for our Italian restaurant to open this summer: Roman God of Fire.
The Role
We’re looking for the best Cooks in the valley who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining environment and take pride in operating a kitchen at the highest level.
What You’ll Do
- Execute dishes with precision and speed during service.
- Uphold consistency in plating and flavor for every guest, every time.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and mise en place.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Study and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge of menu items.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ year experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen preferred.
- Passion for technique, product, and teamwork.
- Reliability, respect for ingredients, and attention to detail.
- Bonus for skills in dough production, pasta production, and wood-fire cooking.
