Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional communications skill to our customers while handling sales transactions, managing cash and credit transactions, and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take in and give out dry cleaning orders
- Ring up sales, computer POS experience
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area.
- Maintain knowledge of store procedures
- Responsible for closing store procedures
- Support other store associates as needed.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of retail math
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
