Utah Facial Plastics | Full-Time (30–40 hours/week) | Hourly + Commission | $75–$200+/hour effective earnings
The Opportunity
Utah Facial Plastics is hiring an advanced aesthetic injector to join our Layton team and deliver the kind of injectable results not available at any med spa.
For two decades, UFP has built a reputation as one of Utah's most trusted names in facial aesthetics. That reputation wasn't built on marketing. It was built by facial plastic surgeons, injectors, laser specialists, estheticians, and support team members who hold a high bar for every single outcome. If you are an experienced injector who wants to practice at the top of your skill set, with real physician oversight, real training investment, and real ownership of your schedule, this may be an opportunity for you.
You'll work under the direct oversight of three fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeons, two of them double board-certified, who deliver exceptional facial plastic surgery and hair restoration results. That means you'll learn facial anatomy, assessment, and treatment planning at a depth most med spa environments simply can't offer.
Why Injectors Choose UFP
- Physician-led, privately owned.
- Autonomy over your schedule. You build a practice that works for your life.
- Advanced techniques, products, and technology.
- Three locations (Layton, Draper, Heber) and a full continuum of care, from injectables to surgery, so your patients get the right treatment, not just the treatment you happen to offer.
- Top Workplaces in Utah — two years running, based on anonymous employee surveys. Our mission is to be the best place for patient care and the best place to work.
- Growth that's earned and rewarded. Our team gives back exactly as much as our providers put in. Show us what you can do, and the financial and professional opportunities follow.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced injectable treatments for facial enhancement and rejuvenation, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and related aesthetic injectables
- Provide injectable treatments for hair restoration (training provided as needed)
- Conduct thorough consultations — listening first, then building comprehensive, honest treatment plans aligned with each patient's goals, anatomy, and budget
- Assess candidacy carefully and refer to our surgeons when a surgical solution is the better answer for the patient
- Manage follow-up care, outcomes, and complications with the judgment and calm our patients expect
- Document accurately, maintain photo documentation of results, and uphold clinical protocols without shortcuts
- Partner closely with our surgical, laser, esthetics, and patient care coordination teams
- Build long-term patient relationships and a loyal, returning patient base
