Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and trusted Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is more than a traditional administrative role. You'll be a key partner to executive leadership, supporting initiatives across Human Resources, Accounting, Events, and the Sloppy Joe's Foundation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO.
- Coordinate Sloppy Joe's Foundation board meetings, communications, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Track and manage donation and sponsorship requests.
- Assist HR with employee communications, open enrollment, and benefits administrations.
- Maintain familiarity with our policies and procedures.
- Support accounting functions, including banking, check processing, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain organized filing systems and provide general office support.
- Assist with event administration and represent the company at community and civic events as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent cash-handling and reconciliation abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Administrative, bookkeeping, accounting, or HR experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership is preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Competitive salary based on experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
