Vacation Rental Cleaner — $18/hr
Bear Property Management is hiring detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaners. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, moves efficiently through a fast-paced schedule, and takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces for guests. We provide everything you will need to clean properties. The cleans themselves are cosmetic focused while using current medical standards for disinfecting.
Start time is 9am-4pm (end times are based on your cleans for the day with the goal of being done by 4pm. There is a 90 day probationary period.
What You'll Do:
- Clean and reset vacation rental homes to company standards
- Wash, dry, and fold linens
- Travel between properties (majority in Lead/Terry peak, some in Spearfish)
- Track and complete tasks using a mobile app
- Manage cleaning inventory
- Maintain high standards, even on busy days
Schedules:
Part-time (1 consistent day per week minimum). Shifts are typically 4–8 hours. We're looking for availability Monday–Friday and/or Friday–Monday. Let us know what days work for you — we're flexible for the right person.
Full time: 32 hours a week, 5 days a week of availability. Weekends or weekend rotation required.
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to pass a background check
- Comfortable working independently with a team-oriented mindset
