Independent industrial testing facility is looking for a skilled Maintenance worker. Responsibilities include applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems on a routine scheduled basis to ensure facilities are functional. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical and mechanical knowledge, be reliable with a keen eye for detail.
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
Keep organized up to date maintenance schedule reports
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment
Read and interpret equipment manuals
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Law maintenance: mowing and trimming of lawn areas, trees, and shrubs.
Snow removal of parking lot and sidewalks. Also ensuring that the sidewalk and parking lots are safe and free from ice and snow upon the opening of business.

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
