You’ll partner closely with the Restaurant General Manager to run the restaurant, develop future leaders, and support a mission that goes far beyond the counter. Leadership here means taking ownership, building others up, and serving something bigger than subs.
What You’ll Do

Lead the operation by supporting daily restaurant performance and ensuring Firehouse Subs standards are met

Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to provide fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment

Develop your people by coaching Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, building skills, and strengthening performance

Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining restaurant assets, and following cash control and security procedures
What You’ll Bring

At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
-
1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
-
A people-first leadership mindset with strong communication and team development skills

The ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions in a dynamic setting

A commitment to delivering great guest experiences, upholding Firehouse Subs standards, and continuing to grow as a leader
