As a Graphic Vinyl Installer, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our clients’ brands to life. From vehicle wraps and experiential assets to signage, wall graphics, and branded environments, you’ll ensure every installation is executed with precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. As a member of our Graphics team you will be responsible for the installation, removal, and maintenance of vinyl graphics across a variety of applications while helping deliver the flawless execution that Hirschfeld is known for. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality installations that meet client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Installation
- Install vinyl graphics, decals, signage, vehicle wraps, window films, wall murals, and floor graphics.
- Measure, align, and apply graphics accurately according to project specifications and installation drawings.
- Ensure proper surface preparation and adhesion for all applications.
- Remove, repair, and replace graphics as required.
- Assist with large-format installations and complex vehicle wrap projects.
Quality & Execution
- Inspect completed installations to ensure exceptional quality and finish.
- Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field.
- Maintain consistency with Hirschfeld quality standards and client expectations.
- Protect client assets, vehicles, and facilities during installation activities.
Equipment & Safety
- Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment, including squeegees, heat guns, knives, ladders, and measuring devices.
- Load, transport, and organize installation materials and supplies.
- Follow all company safety policies and job-site requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Graphics, Fabrication, Project Management, and Operations teams to execute projects on time.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members on-site.
- Support fabrication and event teams with installation-related tasks when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Experience installing vinyl graphics, signage, decals, vehicle wraps, or related products.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, layouts, and installation drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work on ladders, elevated surfaces, and in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
Preferred
- Experience with commercial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and experiential marketing assets.
- Familiarity with large-format printing and signage production processes.
- Knowledge of vinyl materials and installation techniques from leading manufacturers.
- Graphic installation certifications or specialized training.
- Experience operating basic fabrication or graphics shop equipment.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
