Applicants must currently reside in CO to apply. 100% onsite schedule in Fort Collins, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble/De-Assemble Computer PC hardware, Display and other PC accessories for managing and maintaining Lab Test environment.
- Execute various hardware, software Tests using defined test plans.
- Maintain various test plans, test results, issue logs.
- Perform Troubleshooting.
- Maintain hardware Lab equipment’s and inventories as needed.
- Understand various test scripts to help automate test process.
- Provide Test assistance to other Engineers (Hardware R&D, Software Developer) in reproducing various hardware/software problems, troubleshoot the issues and creating/capturing details/logs/reports.
Skills & Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Strong Computer PC hardware Assembly/De-Assembly knowledge with detail hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and root cause computer hardware and software technical issues and provide detail technical reporting.
- At least 2 years of Technician and some Test Lead experience in understanding test technician tasks, test planning and communicating test results/reports.
- Strong communication, Analytical, reporting, and technical skills
