Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver – Sandy & Draper Area

Bilbro Express has been a trusted FedEx contractor for over 20 years. Our delivery area covers Sandy, Draper, and Cottonwood Heights — some of the best, most efficient routes in the state. The dense delivery area means more stops, less driving, and more earning potential for you.
We’re hiring Full-Time FedEx Ground Drivers. Each route starts and ends at the FedEx Terminal in Magna, UT.
Training Schedule: Tuesday - Friday for two weeks.
Work Schedule: Flexible options available — must be available to work either a Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular set schedule.
Pay: Competitive pay with a guaranteed daily minimum

What You’ll Do
- Safely deliver and pick up packages to homes and businesses on a designated route
- Provide excellent customer service and represent FedEx with professionalism
- Follow planned routes and adjusted daily package loads for efficiency
- Uphold safety, integrity, and reliability at all times
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record (no felonies, violent misdemeanors, DUIs, or reckless driving)
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening (includes marijuana)
- Able to read, speak, and write English
- Reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Organized, honest, customer-focused, safety-minded, and a strong team player
