Apparel company seeks a part-time Patternmaker to join our production team. Must have knowledge and experience in by-hand patternmaking and garment construction.
Must be able to commute to commute to our North Bergen, NJ workroom 2 days/week.
Job Qualifications:
* Must have knowledge and experience in translating design concepts into production-ready patterns by hand
* Ensure exceptional fit, quality, and consistency
* Technical expertise and a strong understanding of garment construction
* Interpret design sketches, reference samples, and specifications to create accurate first patterns
* Collaborate closely with Design, Technical Design, and Production team
* Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
