Position Summary
NuvoH2O is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Videographer to own the visual identity of our brand across all digital and print channels. This role is central to how the world experiences NuvoH2O — from paid social ads and product packaging to trade show displays and YouTube content. You'll collaborate closely with ecommerce, marketing, product, and sales teams to produce compelling creative that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Creative
- Design and produce creative assets for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and email
- Develop on-brand social media graphics, animated content, and short-form video ads
- Create landing page visuals, web banners, and product page imagery in collaboration with the ecommerce team
- Edit and produce video content including product demos, brand storytelling, testimonials, and how-to videos
- Manage post-production workflows including color grading, motion graphics, and sound design
Print & Brand Materials
- Design product packaging, inserts, and labels that meet print production specifications
- Produce trade show and event materials including banners, signage, booth graphics, and promotional items
- Create sales collateral, brochures, sell sheets, and presentations for B2B and retail partners
- Maintain and evolve brand standards across all print and digital touchpoints
Production & Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality assets on deadline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs and campaign strategies into compelling visuals
- Maintain organized asset libraries and file management systems
- Stay current on design trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design and video production, preferably in a consumer brand or agency environment
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital advertising, video content, and print materials
- Solid understanding of print production processes
- Experience creating assets optimized for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with consumer hardware, home products, or water treatment brands
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for web and UI asset creation
- Basic motion graphics and 3D rendering skills (Cinema 4D or similar)
- Photography experience including product and lifestyle shoots
- Familiarity with Amazon A+ content, retail partner portals, and ecommerce creative requirements
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
