Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing warm and attentive service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, answer menu questions, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the food service industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations when asked.
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or complaints quickly.
- Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
- Handle guest payments, process checks, and balance transactions.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during busy shifts.
- Uphold restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required.
- Knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and spirits a plus.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior.
- Ability to follow directions and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have the ability to multi-task. Ability to work with little supervision.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Proactive at identifying and completing work needs
- Ability to assess station needs and act accordingly
