What You'll Do
As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, present repair options, complete high-quality repairs, and provide exceptional customer service in occupied homes.
Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, and plumbing equipment

Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance
-
Explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners

Prepare accurate estimates using ServiceTitan
-
Complete detailed job documentation
-
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
-
Follow all Massachusetts plumbing codes and company safety standards

Participate in the on-call rotation
Qualifications
Required
-
Current Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License
-
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Residential plumbing experience
-
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally
Preferred

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field management software
-
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
-
Gas fitting experience
-
Water treatment or water filtration experience
