Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, smoothie shop, and hospitality management. As a JG team member, you will oversee operations during your designated shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance.
Duties:
- Prepare smoothies, make acai bowls, prepare food, ensure cleanliness, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, Smoothie shop, fast food, banquet, hotel, or related hospitality fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
