What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the store, leading both people and performance while creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and outstanding customer service
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Mentor future leaders and support employee growth and advancement
Operations & Performance
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Execute company promotions, merchandising plans, and sales initiatives
- Manage inventory, expenses, labor costs, and store budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional service and create loyal customers
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Hands-On Leadership
- Understand and perform all store functions when needed
- Assist with minor maintenance and facility upkeep
- Lead from the front and support the team during busy periods

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to perform light maintenance and repair tasks
