Hotel Room Inspector
The Alexander Hotel – Miami Beach, FL
Pay: $15–$17 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)
Start Date: Immediate Availability Preferred
About the Position
The Alexander Hotel is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable Hotel Room Inspector to join our team in Miami Beach.
This position plays an important role in ensuring our apartments are guest-ready and consistently meet the hotel's cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect apartments before guest arrivals and after departures
- Ensure units meet cleanliness and quality standards
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments
- Deliver and collect towels as needed
- Verify that apartments are properly stocked and prepared for arrivals
- Conduct routine property inspections and quality control checks
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to walk throughout the property and inspect multiple units daily
- Hospitality, housekeeping, inspection, or hotel experience preferred
- Basic English ; Spanish is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible
