ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring the founding team for our brand-new Fresh Fill Modern Market in Visalia, CA. This is a rare chance to help open a store and set the standard for guest experience from day one. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Our Associate roles are built as a ladder. You start as an Associate and earn more as you certify in fuel operations and at our Juice It Up! raw juice bar. We are hiring across all three levels:
- Associate ($17.25/hr) — The heart of our floor. You will move between the register, our Harvest Subs and hot food areas, the c-store, and the fuel court, delivering the fast, fresh experience our guests come in for.
- Fuel-Certified Associate ($18.50/hr) — Everything an Associate does, plus ownership of the fuel side of the business: managing the fuel console, monitoring tanks and deliveries, keeping the court running, and serving as a senior presence on the shift. Fuel or gas-station experience preferred.
- Juice It Up! Certified Associate ($20.00/hr) — Everything above, plus full ownership of our Juice It Up! raw juice bar, crafting smoothies, raw juices, and acai bowls to brand standard. This is our most cross-trained role and the top of the Associate ladder.
No prior fuel or food service experience is required to start, though food service experience is preferred. We train and certify you as you grow.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Food and beverage handling experience preferred
- Current and valid California Food Handler's Card required
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
