We are seeking a Quick Lane Service Technician with a commitment to great service, attention to detail and professionalism.
QUICK LANE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform oil changes on guest vehicles with speed, efficiency and accuracy
- Inspect and replace oil, cabin, air filter and vehicle fluids and check tire pressure
- Tire mounting and balancing
- Perform Detailed Multi-Point Inspection
- Excellent communication skills
- Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order
- Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician
- Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean
QUICK LANE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:
- Are a fast learner
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have your own tools as necessary to perform job
- Are a team player
- Are computer literate
- Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Have a valid driver’s license
