The Behavior Coach will be responsible for working with principals and teachers to improve the behavior and social/ emotional outcomes of students by modeling evidence-based strategies and providing professional learning. Instruction:
- Work with Assistant Superintendent and Principals to review and analyze student behavior and social/ emotional data, and to assist in identifying and monitoring school improvement goals linked to the MTSS system

Model the use of evidence-based behavior and social/emotional practices during the school day, in classrooms and other school settings

Provide professional learning opportunities in evidence-based social/ emotional and behavior practices

Facilitate the district Social/Emotional and Behavior Committee

Behavior Crisis and Intervention Team leader
Professional Expectations:

Maintain positive professional interactions with students and other education personnel
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student records, as well as student's personal and family matters
- Perform assigned responsibilities within designated time limits
- Perform such other tasks and assume other responsibilities as the supervisor may assign
