Competitive Pay
Flexible, On-Call Schedule: Day shifts (6 PM - 6 AM), as coverage is needed
Commitment: Just 1 shift per month
No Weekend Requirement
Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
Turn and reposition residents while in bed
Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, or exercising
Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets are followed
Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary
Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff
Build relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable and dignified
On-the-job training is provided, tailored to your individual experience and comfort level.
Current CNA certification
Dependability and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations
