Machine Operator
Reports To: Plant Manager
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Machine Operator to join our Production team. If you enjoy working with equipment, paying attention to detail, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit for you. You’ll play an important role in keeping our production running smoothly and producing quality products we’re proud of.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up machines and get them ready for daily production
- Mix and thin compounds as needed for production runs
- Fill and monitor the coating head during operation
- Handle wind-up of material at the back end of the machine
- Keep a close eye on materials to catch and address defects early
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and R&D teams
- Enter production data into our ERP system
- Provide daily updates to the Plant Manager and Quality Manager
- Help oversee machine personnel and keep your work area clean and organized
- Plan raw materials and prepare for upcoming jobs on your assigned work center
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A positive attitude and a dependable work history
- Manufacturing experience is preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
