Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Own your restaurant’s performance, including sales, service, and operational goals
- Lead the guest experience by ensuring great service, a clean environment, and fresh, high-quality food
- Train, coach, and develop your team, including onboarding new hires
- Communicate goals, promotions, and operational updates clearly to your team
- Build a positive, respectful, and team-focused culture in the restaurant
- Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to drive business results
