Experienced Door-to-Door Telecom / Mobile Sales Rep — Verizon Mobile Sales Development Program
This is a W-2 straight commission role with performance-based bonuses.
Compensation opportunity includes:
- $100 commission per qualified Verizon Mobile line
- First two-week bonus opportunity up to $1,000
- Additional weekly bonus opportunities typically ranging from $200–$750 based on performance and program structure
- Hands-on training, coaching, and leadership development
- Opportunity to grow into field trainer, team lead, recruiting, management, or higher-ticket sales paths

Job Description
Clarity Growth Solutions is looking for experienced door-to-door sales reps and field leaders who already understand the grind of direct sales and want a better structure, better coaching, and a real path forward.
This is a Verizon Mobile door-to-door sales opportunity built for reps who can talk to people, handle rejection, work territory, follow a process, and produce without needing their hand held every step of the way.
The goal is to bring in experienced reps, help them sharpen their sales process, develop leadership habits, and create a path into field training, team lead, recruiting, management, or higher-ticket sales opportunities over time.
Who This Is For
This role is a strong fit for someone who has done door-to-door, telecom, mobile, internet, cable, solar, pest control, alarms, or another direct sales role and knows they can produce with the right structure around them.
