Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing responsive, professional, and solution-oriented service.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while proactively managing expectations and identifying business needs.

Lead client meetings and confidently present financial information and accounting recommendations.

Review general ledger activity, reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Oversee multiple accounting engagements, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Research and resolve complex accounting issues while providing technical guidance to team members.

Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop staff and senior accountants.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

CPA license preferred; EA designation or equivalent experience may be considered.

Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a public accounting firm.

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours during peak periods.

Prior experience supervising or mentoring accounting professionals.

Salary range: $115,000 – $130,000 per year.
