Hotel ZaZa Is seeing a dynamic and driven Outlets supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is eager to expend their expertise into ban uet operation. This role is ideal for a passionate leader who values exceptional guest service and team collaboration.
Essential Functions:
1. Follow Hotel ZaZa service and operating standards for service to guests.
2. Supervision of the outlets staff.
3. Guides and directs hotel team members to ensure all service requirements are understood and met.
4. Work with the Manager on the Duty as a shift leader.
5. Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication with team members and guests.
6. Maintains the knowledge of and ensures staff members are aware of marketing promotions, hotel events, and changes related to the hotel policies and procedures.
7. Participate in the training of new employees and re-training of staff.
8. Ensure completion of daily checklists for all outlet operations.
9. Follow up and resolve guest issues, while proactively working with MOD.
10. Maintain good working relationships with other departments.
11. Follow all Hotel safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as needed.
12. Be familiar with and adhere to all liquor laws, city and states rules and regulations.
13. Attend department meetings.
14. Assists with monitoring daily and monthly inventory.
15. Adhere to grooming guidelines , proper uniform standards, along with ensuring all outlet staff members are in compliance with standards.
16. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
17. Cross training in other departments as directed by manager.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in AV/event services, hospitality, or related supervisory role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
