Marketing and Events Coordinator for Freedom Chiropractic
We need someone who's our boots on the ground in the Knoxville community. You'll plan and execute community events, network where Knoxville families gather, follow up on our Facebook and Google ad leads, and build relationships with the providers and groups who serve the moms and families we care for.
This isn't a desk job. This is community building, event coordination, and real conversations with real people, all in one high energy role.
What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events each month (screenings, health talks, lunch and learns, corporate wellness)
- Follow up on Facebook and Google ad leads and schedule them with our team (new leads contacted within 4 business hours on your working days)
- Network 2 to 5 hours per week at BNI, Chamber, and strategic community events
- Build relationships with referral partners (OBs, midwives, doulas, pediatricians, mom groups)
- Coordinate events and projects using Canva, Monday.com, and our scheduling systems
- Represent Freedom Chiropractic in the community with warmth and confidence
You're the Right Person If

- You believe in natural, root cause health and want to advocate for it, not just clock in for it
- You've organized something from scratch and loved it
- You're a self starter who fixes problems without being told
- You're comfortable speaking in front of groups
- You're detail oriented and big picture at the same time
- You can juggle multiple projects and stay organized
- You're local to Knoxville
Bonus: event planning experience, wellness or healthcare background, Canva skills, sales or customer facing experience
What You'll Need
- Reliable vehicle
- Laptop and smartphone
- Flexibility for some evenings and weekends (most events happen Fridays and Saturdays)
- A heart for natural health. You don't need to be a chiropractic expert, but you do need to believe the body was designed to heal, because you'll be sharing that message in the community
- Willingness to complete our training process. We'll teach you the science, the language, and the why behind what we do, so you walk into every event confident and equipped
Compensation
- $25/hour base pay, part time W2 position
- Commission on event results with uncapped earning potential
- Reimbursement for networking fees and event supplies
