About Momomaru
Momomaru is a fast-paced, high-quality hand roll restaurant focused on fresh ingredients, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Take out trash and recycling as needed.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift and at closing.
- Assist with basic cleaning and kitchen organization.
- Restock clean dishes and supplies for the kitchen and front of house.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help the kitchen team with additional cleaning tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help the team.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
