Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, following established procedures.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lobbies, and stairwells by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Support team efforts by assisting with additional cleaning tasks during busy periods or special events.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards enhances your effectiveness in the role.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
