- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret construction plans and take-offs is a major plus
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
- Travel: Willingness to travel daily across the local territory to visit job sites and client offices (valid driver’s license required)
