Sienna Mercato is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Server Assistant / Floor Support team member to help deliver an exceptional guest experience across our multi-level dining concept.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates guest needs, and takes pride in being part of a polished, professional service team.
What You’ll Do
- Support servers to ensure seamless, efficient service
- Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining spaces
- Run food accurately and efficiently
- Refill water, clear and reset tables quickly
- Communicate proactively with kitchen and service team
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout shift
