American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for an acute inpatient hospital position requiring a Maryland RN license, at least 3 years of experience, and a minimum of one prior travel assignment in case management.

Acute inpatient hospital setting with a Case Management focus

Floats throughout the patient tower across Med/Surg units as needed
-
Monday through Friday, day shift schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

No on-call requirement; weekend shifts are optional if desired and available

Holiday coverage may be required for Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day

16-week contract

Active Maryland (MD) RN license required
-
Current BLS certification required

Minimum 3 years of RN experience required

Acute inpatient case management experience required

At least one prior travel assignment in case management is required

Experience in care coordination, discharge planning, needs assessment, and DME ordering required

Familiarity with CMS and HIPAA regulatory requirements

2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate

Flu vaccination is required for all staff at this facility
