Job Description
The Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship (BCCCC) is actively seeking an Assistant Director of Corporate Sponsorships to join our agile, entrepreneurial team. Housed within the prestigious Carroll School of Management, the Center has been a pioneer leading the way in corporate citizenship for over 40 years. We partner with Fortune 1000 companies to help them align their CSR, sustainability, and ESG reporting efforts with their business goals.
In this role, you will not just sell sponsorships—you will architect high-value, multi-year partnerships. Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $72,450 to $90,550; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or commensurate combination of experience and training required.
3 - 5 years professional level fundraising or sales experience with a proven record of soliciting and closing transactions of $10,000 minimum ($~$1million + annually)
This position may travel as much as 25% of the year to attend our courses, annual conference, and meet with members.
Center staff are expected to work in the office.
