The Project Field Technician is the full-time role responsible for executing scoped technical tasks in support of client implementation, deployment, and migration projects. This position requires the ability to multitask, follow structured project plans, and troubleshoot workstation, server, and network configurations under the direction of Project Engineers and Project Managers. This role is client-facing and requires professionalism in both on-site and remote interactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for client communication and project documentation. This position serves as an entry point into the Project Delivery and Engineering organization, with training and advancement opportunities available.

Education and Experience

High School diploma with 2–3 years of technical experience, or Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 0–1 year of experience

CompTIA A+ Certification, or the ability to obtain within 6 months

Basic understanding of workstation, server, and peripheral deployments

Ability to follow project documentation and implementation plans
