We are a well-established, high-volume restaurant in the heart of Times Square seeking an experienced Catering Office Coordinator to join our busy catering department.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can confidently manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and catering orders with professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails
- Process catering orders accurately using our catering software
- Assist customers with placing orders, menu questions, and scheduling
- Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain detailed customer records and order information
- Provide exceptional customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced office
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service office is required
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
What We're Looking For

Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Full-time position
