What You’ll Do

Be the face of our brand in neighborhoods, events, and community activations

Generate leads and drive customer engagement through direct, in-person interactions

Distribute marketing materials and pitch services with charm and confidence

Build relationships, gather insights, and share valuable market feedback

Track leads and performance metrics (daily/weekly)

Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth follow-ups
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1+ year in field marketing, promotions, or customer engagement (preferred)
-
Excellent communication skills—you’re approachable, persuasive, and authentic
-
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
-
Comfortable working outdoors, traveling within your territory, and talking to new people

Computer-savvy (basic data entry & tracking)

Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!
Physical & Environmental Requirements

Outdoor, on-the-move role (heat, cold, dust—you name it ????)

Ability to walk, stand, bend, and carry up to 15 lbs throughout the day

Occasional office work (sitting, computer use, lifting up to 25 lbs)

Must be comfortable working near swimming pools
