Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

- Operate slitting equipment to produce high-quality trading card products.
- Set up jobs and equipment according to production specifications.
- Monitor product quality and perform inspections throughout production runs.
- Troubleshoot routine machine issues and make basic operational adjustments.
- Accurately record production information and performance metrics.
- Communicate job status and production updates with team members and leadership.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of manufacturing, production, industrial, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Experience working with technical equipment is a plus.
- ISO 9001 experience is desirable but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience using electronic systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Help produce premium trading card products that meet customer expectations and industry-leading quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and quality procedures while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
Actively learn new skills, improve processes, and contribute to operational efficiency.
Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to achieve department goals.
