Role Overview
We're hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a cold-storage fulfillment facility. This is a hands-on leadership role — managing the floor team, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every order ships accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire fulfillment process to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
- Lead and coordinate the warehouse team; resolve immediate operational issues on the floor
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Optimize warehouse workflows to reduce errors and increase efficiency; maintain quality control checks throughout fulfillment
- Coordinate with local carriers for pickups and last-minute changes, and partner with the Client Experience team to resolve fulfillment inquiries; provide operational updates and insights to management
Requirements
- Practical, hands-on experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics
- Proven leadership experience managing a team in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse software for day-to-day operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills; able to resolve floor-level issues in real time
- Comfortable working in a cold-storage / freezing environment; detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high standards
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
