Instructors may teach one or multiple classes based on availability.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, hands-on enrichment activities.
- Follow the provided curriculum and materials.
- Create a safe, positive, and energetic classroom environment.
- Manage a small group of elementary students.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and participation.
- Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to engage students.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children through teaching, tutoring, camps, childcare, or youth programs.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Energetic, reliable, and confident leading groups.
- Passionate about education, creativity, STEM, or working with kids.
- Reliable transportation to the program location.
Preferred: Previous teaching/tutoring experience and a college degree.
