Elegant Kitchen & Bath is an established residential remodeling company specializing in high-quality kitchen, bathroom, basement, addition, and whole-home renovation projects throughout Northern Virginia.
As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable and organized Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team in delivering exceptional remodeling projects and outstanding customer service.
This is NOT a sales position. Your primary responsibility will be assisting our Project Managers with project coordination, field operations, scheduling, quality control, and homeowner communication.

What You'll Do
- Assist Project Managers with the daily coordination of residential remodeling projects
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Visit active jobsites to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Help maintain project schedules and keep projects moving on time
- Coordinate county inspections and permit-related activities
- Order and track construction materials
- Maintain accurate project documentation using JobTread
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project updates
- Assist in resolving day-to-day field issues
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the project
- Coordinate punch list completion before project closeout
- Assist with warranty and service visits when needed
- Work closely with designers, office staff, subcontractors, and Project Managers
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 2 years of residential remodeling or construction experience
- Experience working on kitchen, bathroom, basement, or home remodeling projects
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers
Preferred
- Experience using JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar project management software
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of residential permitting and inspections
- Construction, carpentry, or remodeling background
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation
- $32–$40 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
