1 YEAR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are a large facility management company with our headquarters located in Smithtown, NY. We have recently opened a new office in Punta Gorda, FL.
Our company is a leader in the retail construction, facility maintenance, and project management industries.
We are currently seeking experienced responsible applicants for Full Time and Part Time positions in our Call Center/ Vendor Relations department
Available shifts:
Monday through Friday 9am -6pm
or 3 days during the week and also Saturday and Sunday
Flexible hours during the week. Saturday and Sunday would be 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering high volume of incoming calls and emails
- Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
- Running reports
- Following up on all service requests
- Data entry
- Sourcing vendors/ sub contractors for Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Locksmith, Overhead door, etc. work orders nationwide.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Discuss pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and develop strategies for vendor selection

Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour based on experience
