- Maintain departmental safety, cleanliness, and inspection standards.

Load and actively oversee the cockpit.

Input and prioritize refills as requested/needed.

Print orders, labels, nameplates and stickers.

Make reducer and motor name plates and do necessary order checks.

Assemble work order packets.

Fixing BOM errors by Assisting Sales with production questions and following up on late orders

Evaluate and complete back posting and holds.

Be the main contact for the Materials Group on inventory discrepancies.

Be the main contact for the Assembly Group for current availability to help allocate resources effectively.

Be the main contact for Customer Logistics and Service orders.

Be the main contact for Customer Experience same day rush and 911 orders.

Run the On-Time report for the facility to track and confirm orders will be out on time.

Run the Late Hit report to prevent future orders from being late.

Update and maintain pulling reports for department.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post high school degree preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in a production environment required.

Skills and Key Attributes: Self-motivated, independent, positive attitude, good communication skills, great attention to detail, excellent computer skills, problem solving skills, and great organizational skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.
