Job Summary
Dwarven Forge is looking for a part-time customer support agent (work from home). We make handcrafted, hand-painted, gaming terrain, primarily for role-playing games (e.g. Dungeons & Dragons). We sell directly to consumers worldwide from our .
Key skills/responsibilities:
- Field customer service messages, mostly via e-mail.
- Prioritize responses based upon the urgency of issues addressed by customers.
- Coordinate with other members of our team as needed to resolve customer issues.
- Develop (over time) Dwarven Forge product expertise.
- Write with clarity, accuracy, courtesy, and thoroughness. Be resourceful, stay organized, act with urgency and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Occasional holiday and weekend coverage.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
