Job Description:
We are hiring a Fleet Management Assistant to help manage and support our delivery driver fleet operating in the Atlanta, GA area. This role acts as the main point of contact between the company and drivers, handling day-to-day communication, coordination, and issue resolution. This is a flexible, remote-friendly position — no fixed office attendance required — but you must be available to answer calls and respond to messages promptly throughout the day.
Language Requirement: Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (speaking and writing) to communicate seamlessly with our driver team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and issues (in English and Chinese as needed), including via WeChat
- Be available to promptly answer phone calls and respond to messages throughout the day
- Assist with driver onboarding (documents, app setup, policy briefing)
- Monitor driver performance and delivery completion
- Handle driver questions and complaints, and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate with dispatch/operations team on route assignments
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (speaking and writing)
- Proficient in using WeChat for daily communication
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to be reachable and responsive throughout the workday (no fixed office hours, but availability is essential)
- Experience in logistics, fleet management, or dispatch preferred
- Comfortable using apps/software for tracking and communication
Pay: $3,000/month
