Part-Time Leasing Agent

Pay: $18-$20 per hour
The Shumaker Lofts, a brand-new luxury apartment community in downtown Lancaster, Ohio, is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening and growth of a new luxury residential community. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, providingexcellent customer service, and helping prospective residents find their new home.
Position Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective residents with apartment tours and leasing information
- Respond to leasing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow up with prospective residents and assist with the leasing process
- Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment
- Support community events and resident relations as needed
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to leasing operations
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer serviceexperience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable learning and using leasing software and technology
Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexibility. Candidates should be available during leasing office hours of:
Wednesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Availability during these hours is required; however, the selected candidate will not beexpected to work every day or every hour during this timeframe. Scheduling will bebased on community needs and candidate availability.
Compensation
$18-$20 per hour
