Customer Service Associate – Saginaw, MI
Are you someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building new professional skills?
Saginaw Retail Group is hiring a Customer Service Associate for our Saginaw-area team. This full-time position combines customer service and retail sales with hands-on training and opportunities for professional development.
Customer Service Associates work directly with customers in established retail environments. You will learn how to identify customer needs, explain available products and services, answer questions, and provide a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.
Your Responsibilities
- Create a positive and professional customer experience
- Engage with customers face-to-face
- Answer questions about available products and services
- Explain features, options, and current promotions
- Identify individual customer needs
- Recommend appropriate products and services
- Assist with customer sales and enrollment
- Maintain accurate product and service knowledge
- Develop positive customer relationships
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in training and coaching
- Maintain professional communication with customers and coworkers

Compensation
Base Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour
The listed range represents guaranteed hourly base compensation.
Additional performance-based compensation opportunities may be available based on individual results. Additional earnings are not guaranteed and are paid in addition to base hourly compensation.

Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, in-person position at assigned retail locations in the Saginaw area.
Weekday availability is required. Some evening and weekend availability may be necessary based on retail scheduling and business needs.
