Lucky Penny Event Rentals produces large-scale mountain weddings and tented events throughout the Gunnison Valley. We build venues from the ground up, installing tents, flooring, lighting, bars, tables, and full event infrastructure in outdoor environments.
Position Overview
Field Crew members are responsible for the physical installation and strike of tents and event rental equipment. This is hands-on, outdoor work that requires stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. This is not a passive event role. This is active build work.
Responsibilities
- Tent installation and strike
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Installing tables, chairs, bars, lighting, and drapery
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Maintaining equipment and warehouse organization
- Following safety procedures and team direction
Requirements
- Must be able to consistently lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working long, physical days
- Punctual and dependable
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic
Construction, landscaping, or event installation experience is a plus but not required.
